Return Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT: Our mufflers are universal and can be installed and made to fit on almost any vehicle application. If told that our product will not fit, we recommend a second opinion as some shops may avoid installation if inconvenient modifications are required. You can also resource our list of resellers who may provide installation in your area - go to "Resellers" for locations.

Products must be returned within 90 days of purchase. Returns received after 90 days from the original date of purchase will include a 5% convenience fee and refunds will be sent via check. Returns sent prior to 90 days of purchase will be refunded via the original form of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.). Products must be in original condition as received without damage or alterations. Returns made after installation will not be refunded unless 1. there are no visible signs of use and no signs of installation have been made or 2. the product is defective under the terms of our Warranty (see "Warranty” for details). Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund as well as a 10% restocking fee – unless the return is the result of a manufacture or shipping error by Black Widow Exhaust.

When returning your product, print out the form below, fill out completely, and include it in the box being returned. After sending, allow 5-7 days for shipping and the same for refunds. Please call us at (949) 228-9715 directly if your refund has not processed 10 or more days after shipping your product back to us.

Products NOT purchased directly from Black Widow Exhaust must be returned directly to the reseller for a refund or exchange. Not doing so can delay your refund and may incur additional charges for shipping back to the reseller.
